1. Scope of Services
We offer metal restoration services, including but not limited to cleaning, blasting, polishing, and refinishing. Our services are intended to restore and preserve metal surfaces, improving their appearance and functionality.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the parts to be restored. This includes any specific handling instructions, past repairs, and intended use, especially if the parts will be used in engines, mechanical equipment, or food preparation environments.
3. Precautions and Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure that no grit, blasting media, or residues of cleaning chemicals remain in your parts after the restoration process, we accept no liability for:
-
Any damage caused to engines, mechanical equipment, or other machinery.
-
Any ingestion of blasting media or cleaning residues if restored parts are subsequently used in food preparation or handling equipment.
Clients are encouraged to inspect and clean all parts before use, particularly in sensitive environments.
4. Heating and Oven Curing Liability
If your parts require heating, baking, or oven curing finishes as part of the restoration process, we accept no liability for any damage or defects caused by the heating process, including but not limited to deformation or warping. Clients are advised to discuss any concerns about temperature sensitivity prior to the curing process.
5. Welding Services and Repair Disclaimer
For parts requiring welding or repair, we provide our services with the highest level of expertise. However, we do not guarantee the results of welding repairs due to the variability in metal types, previous repairs, existing damage, or contamination. Welding repairs may not fully restore the part’s original strength, durability, or appearance, and we accept no liability for issues arising after the repair is completed.
6. Warranty and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided "as is," and no specific warranty is offered or implied regarding performance, durability, or suitability for any particular application. We accept no liability for any damage to property, bodily harm, or death that may result directly or indirectly from the use of parts restored or repaired by us. If defects or issues arise as a direct result of our restoration work, we will assess and address them as appropriate, but we shall not be held liable for any resulting damages.
7. Turnaround Times
We aim to meet all agreed-upon timelines for restoration services. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. Clients will be notified of any anticipated delays.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for all services is due upon completion by BACS payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work or cancellations must be communicated promptly. We reserve the right to apply charges for any work completed before cancellation.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
